Beautiful high ceilings, but the bathroom door lacked privacy and was broken.

great stay but minor room issues
The room featured a lovely high ceiling that enhanced the feeling of spaciousness and comfort. The breakfast served was exceptional, particularly the yogurt and pastries, which stood out during our travels.
The smaller bathroom could benefit from additional space for toiletries.

The architecture of the building is truly stunning, and the atmosphere is very pleasant. However, the restaurant being closed on Tuesdays left us needing to walk into town for dinner rather than enjoying a meal with a view. The staff were very nice, and we appreciated the cleanliness of the amenities. Breakfast was a little lacking but still a nice touch.

During my stay, I loved the unique architecture and fine views of Fishkill Falls. The staff created a cute atmosphere, but the room showed some wear and needed maintenance. A good experience in a charming spot!

I really enjoyed my stay here, especially the stunning views from my room and the peaceful hiking trails nearby. The charm of the old architecture and the cozy fireplace made it perfect for relaxation. Just a heads up, the breakfast could've been a bit better, so grab something extra before starting your day! 😊

Charming Stay with Beautiful Views
I enjoyed a lovely night in a cozy room with serene waterfall views. The breakfast offering could be improved with more fresh fruits, but the restaurant's brunch menu impressed me, especially the Brioche French Toast. For future guests, don’t hesitate to ask for outdoor seating!

The Standard Queen Room was pretty spacious and nicely furnished. The big windows let in a ton of natural light, which was great. The bed was super comfy, definitely the highlight. Only downside was the shower. it looked nice but soaked the floor. Really enjoyed the peaceful vibe of the room, too.

Perfect cozy vibe with stunning waterfall views. The lobsters rolled in flavor, though I wished the salad had no tomatoes.

missingWrote a review on 18 Junstunning viewbeautiful decorcramped roomdifficult doorlimited options
Rooms vary significantly. one was cramped with a tricky bathroom door, while another offered a stunning waterfall view and ample space. The overall decor blends old and new beautifully, and dining on the patio provided a lovely experience. However, breakfast could use more gluten-free options and better utensil availability.

I really enjoyed the charm of the Roundhouse. The location by the waterfall is stunning, it creates a beautiful backdrop that adds to the whole experience. The bed in the Standard Queen Room was incredibly comfortable, giving me a great night’s sleep. The amenities like the flat-screen TV and tea and coffee facilities were nice touches. The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere in the lounge on level one was cozy, perfect for drinks and small bites. However, I faced several issues during my stay. The breakfast options were quite limited, especially for gluten-free items. Only a few yogurts were available, not much to fill up on for breakfast. The air conditioning unit was very loud, making it difficult to relax. There were some maintenance issues too. the sink wouldn't drain properly one day, but it was fixed after reporting it. I felt that the communication from staff could use improvement. it took a while to get utensils for breakfast on two occasions. While I appreciated the lovely space and friendly staff, there are definitely areas that need attention.

Our group had an awesome time! We explored local galleries and hiked nearby trails. The location is perfect, with beautiful grounds. While breakfast options were tasty, they could use more variety.
We had some initial trouble with our room check-in, and the staff's response was not very apologetic.

The Roundhouse exceeded my expectations with its spacious, clean, and beautifully designed room. The staff were exceptionally accommodating and gracious, making my stay enjoyable. A special mention for Manager Kate Horan, who went above and beyond to ensure I was well taken care of. The food and drinks at the restaurant were top-notch, and I particularly appreciated the dessert plate prepared by Chef Walter Hinds.
There were minor maintenance issues requiring attention during my stay.

missingWrote a review on 10 Febindustrial charmbreathtaking viewsappealing dininginconvenient parking
Solid industrial charm with towering ceilings and impressive brick structure. Breathtaking waterfall views and an appealing outdoor dining area elevate the atmosphere, making it a unique setting for meals.
Difficulties started with the room. low visibility in the bathroom due to dim lighting made getting ready a challenging feat. A flimsy mattress offered little comfort, leaving a lot to be desired. Some appliances seemed older than the Millennium Falcon, and despite the beautiful location, the noise from nearby areas was a distraction. The breakfast options were limited and lacked variety, making it an uninspiring start to the day. Parking was inconveniently located, adding extra steps to what should be a straightforward outing.
